Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all Tribal Society tags attached to ensure the return is accepted.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
